Enrol chat is a hybrid chat software based on natural language processing. It has ai chat and live chat features built-in with an additional feature of API integration.<\/p>\n\n

A bot is a software program that runs automated tasks over the Internet. And a chatbot is a bot programmed to hold chat conversations.<\/p><\/dd>\n

How are chat programs different?<\/h3><\/dt>\n

Chats are generally of 3 functional types.<\/p>\n\n

1) Live chat; 2) Chatbot (Menu-based, NLP based, conversational bot); 3) Hybrid (with both Live chat & chatbot weaved together)<\/p>\n\n

Live chat means a real-time, one-on-one chat conversation between a customer and a customer support agent. Rather than speaking with a customer service staff on the phone, website visitors can engage in a live conversation in a chat box within a web browser.
