What is Buyte?<\/strong>\nBuyte is a open-source digital wallet payment orchestration platform that simplifies the process of getting digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay set up on your eCommerce websites. \nYou can find more information about Buyte here: https:\/\/github.com\/rsoury\/buyte<\/a><\/p>\n\n

How does it work?<\/strong>\nBuyte works by loading a small widget on the eCommerce website that loads widely used digital wallets, hassle-free.\nWhen digital wallets are interacted with, Buyte provides an interface to carry out the entire checkout process fast and securely.\nTo facilitate the checkout, Buyte uses the store's existing shipping settings and acquires order and customer data only when a customer authorises their payment with one of Buyte's provided digital wallets.<\/p>\n\n

Why use Buyte?<\/strong>\nBuyte abstracts the compliance, security and development requirements to load these digital wallets out of the box.\nOffer your customers Apple Pay and Google Pay in a single install.     Automatic Installation<\/h4>\n\n

    • Login to your WordPress Admin area<\/li>\n
    • Go to \"Plugins > Add New\" from the left-hand menu<\/li>\n
    • In the search box type \"Buyte\"<\/li>\n
    • From the search result you will see \"Buyte\" click on \"Install Now\" to install the plugin<\/li>\n
    • A popup window will ask you to confirm your wish to install the Plugin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      If this is the first time you've installed a WordPress Plugin, you may need to enter the FTP login credential information. If you've installed a Plugin before, it will still have the login information. This information is available through your web server host.<\/p>\n\n

        1. Download the plugin zip file<\/li>\n

        3. Click on the \"Upload\" option, then click \"Choose File\"\u009d to select the zip file from your computer. Once selected, press \"OK\"\u009d and press the \"Install Now\" button.<\/li>\n
        4. Activate the plugin.<\/li>\n
        5. Open the Settings page for WooCommerce and click the \"Buyte\" tab.<\/li>\n
        6. Configure your \"Buyte\" settings. See below for details.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

          Configure the plugin<\/h4>\n\n

          To configure the plugin, go to WooCommerce > Settings<\/strong> from the left-hand menu, then click \"Buyte\" from the top tab\u009d menu.<\/p>\n\n

          • Enable\/Disable<\/strong> - check the box to enable Buyte.<\/li>\n
          • API Endpoint<\/strong> - enter your Buyte API endpoint after deploying Buyte to your cloud.<\/li>\n
          • Widget Endpoint<\/strong> - enter your Buyte Widget JS endpoint after deploying the Buyte Checkout.<\/li>\n
          • Checkout Widget ID<\/strong> - enter your Buyte Checkout Widget Id.<\/li>\n
          • Public Key<\/strong> - enter your Buyte Public Key.<\/li>\n
          • Secret Key<\/strong> - enter your Buyte Secret Key.<\/li>\n
          • Dark Background<\/strong> - check whether to render buttons on dark background<\/li>\n
          • Log Message level<\/strong> - select the logging level.<\/li>\n
          • Display on Checkout Page<\/strong> - Enables Buyte Checkout widget on Checkout Page<\/li>\n
          • Display on Cart Page<\/strong> - Enables Buyte Checkout widget on Cart Page<\/li>\n
          • Display on Product Page<\/strong> - Enables Buyte Checkout widget on Product Page<\/li>\n
