So whether you want to audit the plugin to make sure it purchased a label for what you expected, or want to lookup that info while packing an order, you cannot. The ShipStation and Shippo plugins by this same company store that info in the order metadata, but this one does not and they asked me to pay a $650 custom development fee to simply add that metadata like their other plugins already save. It sucks because everything else about this has been good, but this missing data make this a 1 star to me.
