It is published under the GPL 2 licence (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/ gpl-2.0.txt). Upload `/show-authors-without-posts/show-authors-without-posts.php` to the `/wp- content/plugins/` directory 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress 3.
